YB mud pump Description
The working principle of the plunger pump is based on the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the pump cylinder, which is responsible for the suction and discharge of fluid. When the motor of the plunger pump drives the pump body to rotate, the plunger moves back and forth in the pump cylinder. In the suction stroke, the plunger pump moves backward, the negative pressure is formed in the pump cylinder, the inlet valve is opened, and the fluid is sucked into the pump cylinder; In the plunger pump discharge stroke, the plunger pump plunger moves forward, the pressure in the pump cylinder rises, the outlet valve opens, and the fluid is discharged from the pump cylinder. Through the reciprocating movement of plunger pump, the fluid can be continuously transported.
