Description
This anti-rust fully emulsified cutting fluid is blended with deeply-refined mineral base oils and various functional lubricant additives, suitable for cooling and lubricating the black metal during grinding, drilling, milling, drawing and other processing process in the machining industry, meeting the antirust requirements for processing.

Application Range
This anti-rust fully-emulsified cutting fluid (emulsified oil) is suitable for ferrous metal processing such as turning, grinding, drilling, milling and drawing in machining industry, meeting the antirust requirements for ferrous metal processing.
Recommended concentration is 2% ~ 10%,
For general light load processing: 5%,
For medium load processing: 6-8%,
for heavy load processing: 8-12%.
Note: The above information is only for the recommended concentration. The final concentration will be raised or lowered according to the customer's climate environment, water quality conditions and technological requirements at the operation sites.
