1. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in normal export cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

2. How about the packing and loading?
The external packing is standard carton, and every seat inside is packed by plastic bag. If for LCL, it's better to pack by pallet, and one pallet can load 10-12 cartons.

3. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP.

5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

6. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

7. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

8. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
