The YG series three-phase asynchronous motor for roller conveyors is an updated product that replaced the JG2 series motor in China in the 1990s. It is mainly used to drive the working roller table in the metallurgical industry alone, and can also be used in other similar machinery; The YGb type electric motor is based on the continuous working system (S1) and has the characteristics of high power, high efficiency, wide frequency conversion speed range, and hard mechanical properties. It is mainly used to drive the conveyor rollers of the metallurgical industry separately, and can also be used in other similar machinery.
The electric motor meets the requirements of JB/T8733-1998 "Technical Conditions for Three phase Asynchronous Motors for YG Series Roller Rollers (Machine Seat Numbers 112~225)".
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the protection level is IP54, and the cooling method is IC410. The benchmark working system YGa is S5-40%, and YGb is S1. The insulation level YGa is H level, and YGb is F or H level.
The structure and installation types of the electric motor are IMB3, IMB5, and IMB35.
