tungsten carbide welding insert are mainly divided into three kinds according to the performance and processing objects, the red handle is YG,
represented by YG6 and YG8. It is mainly used for rough machining and peeling of cast iron, non-ferrous metal and non-metallic materials. The
advantage is high bending strength, but the disadvantage is poor wear resistance, which can only be used for low-speed machining. The yellow handle is YW class, represented by YW1 and YW2, mainly used for semi-finishing and finishing of materials with high viscosity such as stainless steel. Suitable for high-speed small feed processing, is a good universal hard alloy, the blue handle is YT class, to YT15 and YT5 as representatives, suitable for 45# steel, ordinary carbon steel processing, high hardness, poor bending strength, wear resistance, mainly rough machining and semi-finishing.
