About Bean Paste Pastry
Bean paste pastry is a variation of Suzhou style moon cake. The flaky crust and the sweet paste filling is bean paste pastry's biggest feature. First, dough and fat must be rolled and folded to create the soft and layered pastry. Then, jack bean will be stewed with sugar and mashed in to tender bean paste. In addition to jack bean paste, red bean paste and jujube paste are common fillings.
To enrich the texture and flavor of bean paste pastry, some will add mochi, walnuts, chestnuts, etc. to make a multiple filling pastry. White and puffy soft pastry stuffed with tender, chewy or crunchy stuffing, bean paste pastry is a classic that will never be outdated.
INTRODUCTION :
1. The dough is kneaded by the first roller wheel, where you can adjust the thickness of the dough, and rolled by rotary rollers made of twelve roller wheels and a roller wheel by the way of flapping bit by bit to make the dough more polish,weight and quality are stable. Then kneaded by shapely wheel which can adjust the thickness of the dough ,according to the customer's requirements.
2. The roll-up wheel will roll the dough into strip.
3. Have a built-in PLC control system, may automatically adjust the speed of roller wheel. The degree of automatic is high .
4. The main machine has three kinds of wheel width specification, users can choose according to their requirements.

• Quickly adjust the table angle to increase or decrease the speed of dough sheet feeding to the machine. All rollers are made of food grade UPE plastic.
• The optical sensors provide automatic stop/start of dough path to prevent collisions between the different dough stations.
• With a 16 L hopper capacity this machine is capable of large volume deposits of meat, bean, Jam, grain filling and more. Our industrial size filling depositor can be connected to the main production line system meaning the deposit speed and rate can be accurately adjusted through the main control panel allowing for fully automatic production.
• For each type of filling and dosing appropriate nozzles are available.
• Using the drive cam structure gives significant advantages such as stable transmission, long life, easy to dismantle and install.
