YZ-868B Commercial Steam Bun Momo Making Machine is a multipurpose stuffed buns / bread processing machine for steamed bread and steamed bun making. Aside from Chinese steamed bun, bakery foods made of straight dough, old dough and sponges dough can be made. To preserve the elasticity of the dough, it adapted a three-step rolling process to roll the dough flat. Then, the dough will be rolled into appropriate thickness, and then wrapping up the filling extruded on the wrapper by a rolling pin. Moreover, the weight, size, and proportion of the skin and filling are adjustable. Finally, the filled roll will be formed into balls and buns by encrusting shutter. With optional cutter, molds and detachable filling feeder, it can make vegan buns, steamed breads (mantou) and duck buns, bao buns (gua bao), steamed silk roll, biscuit sticks and more.
