Fully Rotational Bucking Machine

Our fully rotational bucking machine is a self contained, free-standing,hydraulically powered unit designed for fast and accurate makeup and breakout of premium and API connection equipment. The machine can be used up to a Max. torque of 150,000 ft-lb, and start from as low as 200 ft-lb.The unit consists of a ﬁxed headstock and a traversing tailstock. The tailstock is optional with a hinged, top-opening feature to assist with loading tools safely and efﬁciently if needed. Both heads feature hydraulically controlled clamp cylinders that can be from 2 3/8 to 20 in. OD, no need to change jaws between sizes. The bucking unit features a ﬂoating tailstock option for eccentric tools.The bucking unit is also available with other options, such as extension beams with lifting jacks to help support the tool without the use of slings, cranes or forklifts; a hinged push/pull;the control system will display a torque-turns graph reports showing the whole making up working,w hich records the accuracy and history of each makeup.
