1. What is die-cut lidding?
Die-cut lidding refers to pre-cut individual lids that are used to seal packaged goods in cups and other containers. It is converted from aluminum rolls to individual foil lids in precise shapes to fit different container styles. Die-cut lids can be printed or unprinted.
2. Are the aluminum foil lids safe for food contact?
Yes, we focus on food safety and health from the very beginning. We collaborate only with reputable suppliers who can provide the third-party testing reports compliant with Relevant laws and regulations standards.
3. How do we apply the aluminum lids to cups or containers?
You'll require a heat-sealing machine, which could be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic.
4. What are the recommended sealing conditions for these lids?
Typically, we suggest a heat-sealing temperature of 170-230°C, a pressure of around 0.6Mpa, and a sealing time of approximately 1.2 seconds.
5. Can you provide lids samples before placing an order?
Certainly, we offer free plain samples or the samples we currently have for your evaluation. For custom-printed samples, plate-making and sampling fees apply but the sampling fees may be refunded in your future orders.
6. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, Our MOQ is 100,000 pieces per size. However, we are open to be flexibility.
7. What is your typical lead time?
In General, production is completed within 15~20 straight days, but this can vary depending on the order quantity.
8. Can you print custom logos on the aluminum lids and how many colors?
Yes, we offer customization.Our fully automated production lines can accommodate up to 10-color printing.

We recommend storing them at room temperature in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and heat.
