1.  Characteristics
1.The structure of the machine is designed by computer analysis of tension, compression and reaction force, so as to maintain the mechanical precision forever.
2,The castings are made of FC-35 resin sand. They are durable and have the same precision after natural wind and various treatments.

 3.  Functional characteristics of electronic control cabinet
1.The circuit design and key components of the cabinet are imported from Taiwan. The whole machine adopts three-axis optical ruler display and Z-axis numerical control to ensure accuracyThe direction of the optical ruler can be arbitrarily changed by setting the internal code.
2. It adopts the most advanced industrial control motherboard with strong function, good stability and simple operation. As long as a few parameters such as Z-axis depth are input, the matching processing parameters can be transferred from the rich expert database system, which can be automatically completed from rough processing to finish processing at one time.
3.Special MOSFET discharge circuit design is adopted, which has the advantages of fast processing speed, low electrode loss, smoother die surface and more uniform thickness. It can also process deep hole, blind hole, side and large area, and has functions of automatic slag discharge and carbon deposition alarm.
   4.The color picture is composed of more than ten colors, which can be changed arbitrarily according to the operator's preference and has a more novel feeling.
