Automatic Box Type Bottle Unscrambler is used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles. The scattered bottles are sent to the bottle storage ring of the bottle unscrambler through the hoist. By the thrust of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. The bottle is arranged so that the mouth of the bottle is upright, and is output into the next process through the air-driven bottle conveying system. The material of the machine body is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series materials. Some imported parts are selected for the electrical and pneumatic systems. The whole working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment has a low failure rate and high reliability.
Working process:
u Bottles enter the bottle unscrambler compartment for sorting. During sorting, the bottles are inverted and are turned upside down by the bottle turning mechanism, and they are directly passed through the bottle turning mechanism when they are not inverted.
uThe bottles passing through the bottle-turning mechanism are directly output from the bottle outlet to the air duct or conveyor belt.
