Product Description
ZC-T055 Polypropylene Insulation Compound up to 35kV
The product uses polypropylene as the matrix resin, adding other polyolefin resin, antioxidants and processing aids etc. for mixing and modification. It is used as 35kV and below extruded insulated power cable insulation material, with excellent dielectric properties, mechanical properties, high&low temperature resistance properties
and excellent processing performance. It is an environmentally friendly thermoplastic cable insulation material.
Typical values in the table are measured under the condition that the material is fully crosslinked, and if suficient crosslinking is not achieved, the performance of the material may be different.

There are two new types of compound we are focusing on which can used in Solar battery insulation wire,Shipboard , Telecom Cables and High speed train. It is supposed to be released in the middle of next year.

We have cooperated with XiAn JiaoTong University and Harbin University of Science and Technology.ZCNM provide annual scholarships and internship opportunities to high performing postgraduate and undergraduate students within these fields. The Innovation Centre will respond to market needs and enhance education and know-how in plastic new material development .The Innovation Centre brings scientists, engineers and technicians together to ensure that Zhongchao products continue to provide the best value to our customers.
