Quarry plant application:
Quarry Plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controllingsystem, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. To meetcustomers specific requirement, we can also add other equipments suchas cone crusher, dust catcher on the production line.
Quarry plant working process:
Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually byvibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After firstcrush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyorfor secondary crush; The crushed materials will then transferred tovibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that canmeet standard will be transferred away as final products, while theother parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closedcircuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according tocustomers specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher systemto protect environment.
