Product Description
Our specialized HDPE PP recycling line is designed for reprocessing and cleaning HDPE bottles, pails, barrels, and PP pipes. The process includes bale opening, crushing, continuous washing, and drying using friction washing and a dewatering dryer.
The final flakes, with less than 1% humidity, can be directly used in our plastic granulator to make pellets. Our automated HDPE PP rigid recycling equipment, ranging from 1000kg/h to 3000kg/h capacity, minimizes labor costs.

Crusher:
It is mainly composed of feed port, crushing chamber, screen mesh, discharge port and motor. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is cut and torn by the rotating knife and fixed knife driven by the motor.
