Screen plate: 150-300 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Glue squeegee: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane squeegee
Reference dosage: 300 mesh screen printing is about 30m2/kg
Drying: natural evaporation drying (surface drying for 10-15 minutes, solid drying for more than 30 minutes) or hot air blowing below 60ºC
Selection of solvents: Choose RP quick-drying, RP medium-drying, or RP slow-drying diluents. Make appropriate selections due to different printing environment temperatures.
Screen cleaning: Use organic solvent for cleaning (such as screen washing water)

Q4: Can I get the sample ?
A: We are delighted to offer you complimentary samples for testing purposes. Typically, we provide 1 kg of samples free of charge, and we kindly request your support in covering the air courier freight costs. Please note that this expense can be reimbursed to you upon placing your initial order with us.
