Features:
It can achieve a high matte effect on bright printed materials, and the printing surface is smooth and fine, and has good adhesion to paper and metal materials.
Instructions for use:
Screen: Use 250-350 mesh polyester mesh, tension 13-15N/cm2.
Squeegee: Use 70-75 degree polyurethane squeegee
Usage: 350 mesh printing, about 30-35 m2/kg
Curing equipment: It is recommended to use medium and high pressure mercury UV lamps, 5KW*2 or more.
Select additives: UVC-thinner, the proportion added to the ink is <10%
Screen cleaning: Just use ordinary screen washing water.
Precautions:
1. This product has high viscosity, please stir thoroughly when using.
2. This product is printed with a matte effect. The glossiness of the substrate has an important impact on the matte effect. Please pay attention to the test.

Typically, we provide 1 kg of samples free of charge, and we kindly request your support in covering the air courier freight costs.
