Printing Substrates:

Features:
1. The curing speed is fast and can be used for high-speed rotary printing, which can reach 180M per minute.
2. The ink smell is extremely low.
3. Bright colors and high color concentration.
Precautions:
If it is used for UV flatbed offset printing, please conduct a printing suitability test before mass production.
UVU-adjustable ink oil 1-5%, reduces ink viscosity and increases ink fluidity;
UVU-adhesive remover 1-5%, reduces the viscosity of ink and its stringiness;
UVU-enhancer 1-3% increases the scratch resistance and slipperiness of the ink film surface.
Drying conditions: Standard curing energy 100-160W/CM*3 light intensity 50mj/cm2.
