The heating module is made of HRE high resistance flat strip, which is arranged around the zinc pot. The bottom of the zinc pot is equipped with low power heating elements to provide the heat energy needed for the work of the zinc pot. The service life of the heating module is 2-3 years and that of the metal zinc pot is 3-5 years.
The steel zinc pot was popular used in normal galvanizing.
