During the procurement of the flow roller track, selection options are available based on the outer frame material (sheet metal or aluminum alloy), roller contact area (flat wheel or curved wheel), and roller size (width or pitch).

The 4033 sheet metal series represents the foundational variant of the flow roller track, known for its versatility across various applications. The Zinc Plated Carbon Steel Flow Roller Track comes in two colors: white or grey. The wheels are made of polypropylene (PP) and are available in four types: PW/PB and CW/CB.

PW/PB wheels are flat and are ideal for basic flow rollers. They are designed to minimize rolling noise and ensure smooth transmission of products.

CW/CB wheels are curved and are suitable for Basic type fluent bars. They facilitate a fast flow rate and are perfect for products that require quicker transmission. These wheels also help reduce rolling noise while maintaining smooth product transmission.

Note: It is essential that the bottom of the transfer container is flat for proper functionality.
