The Paco Lag Screw Eye works well in light duty applications. They have a loop on one end which typically is used to attach a chain, cable or rope to, and the other end has threads to fasten into wood or other surfaces. They are commonly used to hang clothesline, outdoor lighting, plants or anchoring chain and wire rope to a fixed surface such as wood. A pre-drilled hole slightly smaller than the screw diameter is suggested for easy installation. These lag screw eyes feature steel construction for strength and durability. They have a zinc plated finish which is ideal for relatively dry locations, interior applications and provides a moderate level of corrosion resistance.
