Application: Kingwell topnotch ZrO2 CFF ceramic filter is used in steel castings and large iron castings, which can effectively remove large inclusions in molten metal, absorb small particles impurities and improve mechanical properties of castings. It is suitable for all kinds of steel, including carbon steel, stainless steel, cobalt base, nickel base high temperature alloy steel, etc.

Aperture size: 10,15,20,30 ppi; diameter/side length: 40 ~ 70mm, thickness: 20 ~ 25mm; diameter / side length: 125 ~ 150mm, thickness: 25 ~ 35mm, the specific size can be customized according to the requirements.
Method of use:
1. Avoid the molten metal directly impacting the filter, and the pouring height should not exceed 300 mm when directly impacting the filter
2. In order to avoid blocking the filter by liquid steel condensation, preheat the riser or pouring gate before use.
3. Blow off the scum with air before using the filter
4. Open gating system is recommended to avoid air entrainment
