1. AC servo driving system is adopted to improve the driving system.
2.. The control center adopts the PLC of SIEMENS S7-300 SERIES. It relies on PROFIBUS-DP to transmit the signals between the main PLC and valve terminal and AC servo motor.
3. SIEMENS touch screen provides friendly man-machine interface.
4. Photoelectric empty-tip inspector is used to automatically inspect and reject the empty-tip cigarettes.
5. The Microwave Weight Control system is adopted.
6. It utilizes centralized and integrated electromagnetic valve terminal.
