Usage and property
This laboratory emulsifier is designed and manufactured for small batch production of emulsified products such as cream, honey, emulsions etc.
The machine is beautiful in appearance, small in size, light in weight and all parts in contact with the material are made of high quality stainless steel (SS316L). All connections inside the pot body are smooth arc. The bottom discharge of the pot and tilting material is without residue in the pot
High shear homogenous head, fixed rotor structure designed for claw type dual occlusion.
The material is sucked from the upper and lower parts of the stator and rotor at the same time and the shearing probability is doubled and at the same time, the problem that the upper matreial is easy to produce dead angle is avoided.
Suitable for fine emulsification, high quality dispersion and high efficiecny mixing.
The all round scraping wall stirring material has no dead spots and truly meets GM standards.
