Applications
Model ZKS Vacuum loading machine is specially designed for feeding granules and powder to the hopper of higher position machine, such as for packing machine, injection moulding machine, pulverizer, vibration sifter and etc. Also the vacuum loading machine can feeding powders into mixing machine(such as V blender, rocking mixer, 3D mixer, ribbon blender, double cone blender and etc). So it save labor and also cost, meanwhile the problem of dust is solved when feeding powder.
Structure
It consists of stainless steel material suction nozzle, feeding soft pipe, vacuum hopper, PE(stainless steel 316L) filter, compressed air reverse-blowing device, vacuum pump(oil and water free) and material level automatic controller and etc.
Utilizing the vortex vacuum pump, the feeding nozzle and the whole system lie in the vacuum condition. Powder together with the air is absorbed into the nozzle, forming the feeding air current which go through feeding pipe to the hopper.
There occurs the separation between air and feeding material. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment.
