Z Series Hardened Cylindrical Gear Reducer
Speed reducer shaft speed n1 is ≤ 1500r/min.
The reducer operates efficiently in environments with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 45°C. For temperatures below 0°C, preheat the oil before initiating the system.
Reducer Main Work Characteristics
(A) The gears are crafted from high-strength carbon steel, hardened through carburizing to achieve a tooth surface hardness of HRC54-62.
(2) Employing gear grinding processes ensures high precision and optimal contact rates.
(3) The carrying capacity is significantly enhanced, with a sevenfold increase over older soft tooth surface reducers.
(4) Exceptional transmission efficiency: Single-stage reaches up to 98%, two-stage at 96%, and three-stage up to 94%.
(5) Longevity is assured, with an extended operational lifespan.
The operational scope includes:
1. ZDY/ZLY/ZSY hardened cylindrical gear reducer shaft revolution speeds not exceeding 1500 rev/min.
2. Gear transmission peripheral speed not exceeding 20 m/sec.
3. Operating environment temperature range of -40°C to 45°C. For temperatures below 0°C, preheat oil to above 0°C. The gear unit supports both forward and reverse operations.
