ZBH5033ZZZSHE6A is a small garbage collection truck independently developed by Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. according to market needs. The car is modified from the second class chassis of SAIC Maxus with garbage bins, compaction devices, tilting mechanisms, subframes, hydraulic systems and electronic control systems.
Function Overview
It is mainly used for the collection and transfer of garbage in buckets or bags, and can also be used with large and medium-sized garbage compression trucks and transfer stations.
Scope of application
It is suitable for the collection and transfer of 240L/120L barreled domestic waste and bagged domestic waste on urban or township blocks and roads. The car has a small turning radius, small and flexible characteristics, especially suitable for back streets, alleys, urban villages and old town road narrow areas of garbage collection.
1. Chassis
Chassis. It is modified with the SH1033PBGCNZ type 2 car chassis produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Co.
Engine. Liuzhou Wuling Liuqi Power Co., Ltd LJ4A16QG gasoline engine, rated power 91kW, displacement 1590ml emissions to meet the Euro VI standards.
2.Dumpster
Dumpster adopts airtight design, feeding mode is rear high level feeding, discharging mode is rear tipping discharging.
3.Pressure filling device
The device is located at the top of the box, which is designed as scraper rotating movement + skateboard horizontal movement linkage, so that the force of skateboard cylinder acts on the garbage effectively, presses the garbage from the tail to the front of the box, and improves the loading efficiency of the garbage box.
4. Feeding device
It adopts the automatic sequential action of pressing bucket, lifting bucket and turning bucket, which ensures high efficiency, reliability and no impact under the premise of no leakage of garbage.
5. Operation mode
The vehicle adopts the control mode of "controller + CAN bus". Different control programs are compiled according to different requirements to realize intelligent control, safety control and humanized control operation of the vehicle, and the controller has short-circuit self-protection, so the system is characterized by strong unity, high reliability, convenient operation and maintenance.

Operation Function
The working process of the garbage truck is shown in the figure below:
Step 1: Garbage loading. The scraper opens, the skateboard goes up, and the loading device collects the garbage in barrels
Step 2: Garbage compression. Squeeze the loose garbage. Scraper slide reset and wait for the next compaction cycle, full of garbage after transfer.
Step 3: Tipping and unloading. Depending on the mode of collection and transportation, the following operation methods are available:
(1) Unloading at the garbage transfer station: extend the outriggers, tip over the garbage bin, open the scraper and dump the garbage.
(2)Docking and unloading of large and medium-sized garbage compactor: reverse to the docking position, extend the legs, tip over the garbage bin, open the scraper and dump the garbage.
(3)Docking and unloading with transfer station: back up the truck to the dockable position, extend the legs, tip over the garbage bin, open the scraper and dump the garbage.
