Product Description and Use
In the production process, the vibrating feeder is used to feed block, granular and powder from the storage silo or funnel to the receiving equipment uniformly, continuously or quantitatively; it can adjust the feeding amount steplessly and realize the centralized control and automatic control of the production process; it can feed to belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screening equipment, crushers, etc., as well as automatic mixing, quantitative packaging, etc., and can be used in the process of automatic control to realize the automation of the production process.
How It Works
The ZSW series linear vibration feeder is composed of a feeder box, a vibrator, a spring bracket, a transmission device, etc.; the excitator is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and driven shaft) and a vice gear. The motor drives the active shaft, and then the gears on the active shaft mesh and rotates from the driven shaft. The main and slave shaft rotate in reverse at the same time, and the box vibrates, so that the material continuously ejects forward 45 degrees, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform feeding.
