ZYTTW03 series water jet loom is suitable for weaving light and medium-thickness fabrics. Drawing on Rifa's experience in development of other water jet looms, the design is optimized, the weaving speed and quality of the loom are improved. The loom has varied configurations, it can meet the weaving needs of different customers and is a cost-effective loom.
Precision water pump device
This high-precision weft insertion device, according to the weaving characteristics of customers, is equipped with a reasonable weft insertion system, so that the loom can meet the requirements of high-speed and efficient weaving.
Reinforced frame
By improving the original frame mechanism, the frame rigidity of the whole machine is improved.
Mechanical let-off
There are different clump weights for different configurations, the demands of different fabrics for weaving tension are met.
Mechanical batching
By changing to the weft density gears with different combinations, the weaving of the fabrics with different weft density can be achieved, the operation is convenient.
