Automatic pan feeding system
This system convey feed through the rotation of helical spring auger,including main feed line and pan feeding line
Main feed line : silo manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a geed senso at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
Advantages: Reduce labor intensity, one person is enough for one house.
Pan feeding line: There is a feed sensor at the end od each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery
Main Features of broiler feed pan
1.Outside adjustment feed pan has 6 gears of feed amount, and the other kinds has 13 gears.
2.Feed pan slide switch could adjust feed flow until it is filled.
3.Outside adjustment feed pan is more convenient, accurate and quick to adjust feed flow, the operation is to hand by the outside grids and rotate up and down.
4.Pan botton can be disassembled on the ground, working for day-old chickens.
5.V-pan plate design can reduce feed storage one botton, so birds can always eat freash feed, The desigh can also prevent birds from staying to long on the plate.
6.The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center, which can avoid waste of food.
7.The smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.
