2.2, Shot weight: 1778g;
2.3, the base of the machine is welded by U-bar Q235B 10#. Outer structure is made of A3 plate. The appearance is painted, attractive and durable.
2.4, Hydraulic Pump with good quality imported and Hydraulic solenoid valve (Yuken, Japan) could supply the hydraulic pressure steadily and with high pressure precision to the machine.
2.5 Hydraulic Motor (dynamic, Italy) could plastify raw material equally and make the best injection molding.
2.6, The Lubrication's system of the machine is focused, quantitative and automatic. The system could lubricate the each part of machine timely and guarantee the life of machine.
2.7, Limit Switches (OMRON) could make the machine work steadily.
2.8, linear transducer (Fannys, France) could ensure the positional precision and stability when the machine is working.
