Issues about Refunding Sample cost.
If Clients ask for refunding sample, the freight should be paid by them. After we receiving the sample, we will test it again.
If it's our problem, we will replace a new one and in charge of all the sending out costs.
If the sample's quality is caused by customer improper operation or other man-made damage, we will charge reasonable maintenance based on the specific situation. And the sending out cost will be charged by the customer.
7. Packaging and Delivery

6). Samples: Our company offers samples for quality tests or other business purposes, but we kindly ask you to pay for samples and the freight.
