A1: We are manufacturer with 9 years' experience in trailer and accessories.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A2: T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery. We'll send the QC photos before you pay the balance. For special payment requirement, we can talk case by case.
Q3: What is the MOQ?
A3: 5pcs per item, and one mixed 20'ft container for the trial order,
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: Usually 20-30 days for one container after receiving the down payment.
Q5: Can I get a sample, is that for free? How long can I get the sample?
A5: Sample order is acceptable, you should pay for the sample fee and the freight cost to deliver the sample, but we'll return the sample cost when you place the official container order. It usually takes 7-10 days to finish the samples.
Q6: Do you do OEM trailers?
A6: Yes we do and very welcome to the OEM products, please send us technical drawings and detail specifications, we're professional manufacturer for OEM products.
Q7: Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?
A7: Yes we have our own inspections in all of production processes, and we welcome your inspector to come to inspect the goods as well.
