[Application scope and technical characteristics]
ZDY6000LD(B) directional drill rig (pictures and technical specification are as follows) is a kind of low-speed & high-torque full hydraulic drill rig used to drill large-diameter boreholes. The rig is specifically designed to drill especially long directional drilling boreholes (depth up to 1000 meters) in explosive underground environments. It has a compact footprint mounted on tracks, and is integrated with certified explosion-proof electrics and explosion-proof laptop. The machine has many advantages, such as reasonable structure, advanced technical performance, strong technology adaptability, labor-saving, safe and reliable, good disassembly performance, convenient to move etc.

[Application]
(1) Sihe Coal Mine, Jincheng Mineral Group, China
Sihe Coal Mine is a highly gassy mine of Jincheng Mineral Group. ZDY6000LD(B) directional drilling system have been used to execute relative long-distance directional sub-horizontal boreholes for gas drainage. Hundreds boreholes with multi-sidetracks were accomplished and gas drainage efficiency was to increase dramatically which ensure mining safety. Application of directional drilling technology leads to millions cost save to the company. Several typical directional boreholes in the mine are as follows.
Borehole 1# in Dongyi mining area: Maximum depth is 690 meters. 14 sidetracks were drilled. Accumulated footage is 3162m.

ZDY6000LD(B) directional drilling system has been widely used in Baode Coal Mine, Shenhua Group. Tens of directional boreholes have been accomplished to solve gassy problem in the coal mine. A typical borehole depth exceed 1100 with 7 sidetracks is listed in the following graph.

1. Drilling rig
The rig has a compact footprint mounted on tracks, and is integrated with certified flameproof electrics and flameproof laptop. The rigs is designed to drill in-seam in excess of 1000m with downhole motor, directional drilling management system, CHD drill rods and PDC drill bits.
2. Pump station
BLY260/9 mud pump crawler is a hydraulic pump crawler with large flow rate (the max flow rate is 260l/min) and high mud pressure (rated pressure is 9Mpa). The pump can maintain enough flow rate under high pressure work situation. It can supply enough hydraulic fluid power for downhole motor operation and drill cut remove to meet the requirement of long depth directional borehole drilling.
