Product Description
TJ series drifter (drifting machine) is used to drift test the pipe inner diameter throughout its entire length.
Drifter includes two type, i.e. mechnical type and compressed air type.
Mechnical type 
Mechnical type drifter mainly includes support,carriage,driven system.
Support includes carriage support,pipe support and drift mandrel support.
Carriage can move forward and backward on the track. Carriage is used to support one end of the mandrel bar and move along the bar.
Driven system is used to drive the mandrel move into the pipe and move out of the pipe. It is driven by frequency motor. The mandrel is fixed in the other end of the mandrel bar. Mandrel is driven into the pipe and pull out of the pipe to check the inside diameter is ok or not.
Advantage: stable performance, fast speed.
Disadvantage: need big space to install the long tail(steel bar).

Drifting speed: 1-3 m/s
Drifting quantity: one pcs/circle,two pcs/circle(ordered)
