Structural Features:
1.The sun wheel, with its unique floating design, is ingeniously connected by a spline to the motor shaft on one end. At the other, it achieves automatic alignment with three strategically positioned large planetary wheels, offering perfect meshing backlash and clearance.
2.Engineered with strength, it employs three twin large planetary wheels driven robustly by the sun wheel. These wheels are securely anchored on frame bearings, engaging seamlessly with the torque tube's internal teeth. This linkage results in a cohesive hub unit, wherein the hub's centripetal thrust bearings rotate smoothly around the frame.
3.Our hub is skillfully designed for tire mounting, featuring a floating solar wheel shaft that adapts to radial forces, ensuring precise planetary gear transmission. This floating mechanism under working conditions assures balanced load distribution, greatly prolonging the gearbox's life.
