Product Description
Character:
1. Control Box: 500A contactor, copper and tungsten contact pad, enlarge about 30% of contact pad; PA66 of control box material, much thicker of the box cover.
2. Series Wound Motor:
1) quick and powerful;
2) 180degree insulation varnish, high temperature resistance and long usage;
3) Heat dissipation rib in cover, excellent in heat dissipation.
3. Gear Box:
1) Die-casting aluminum alloy gear box;
2) 3 stage planetary gears system, high efficiency and low noise, reliable and safety;
3) 20CrMnTi Steel of the gear, forged and special heat treatment, improve the strength and wearproof;
4) Low temperature grease, ensure the winch still run even under the -40 degree condition.
4. Automatic Brake: Direct driving expended automatic brake, large torque, low noise, stable performance, long usage, safety.
5. Drum: Cold drawn steel tube, high strength could protect wire rope well and no damage when braking.
