Product Description
It is made of essential flame-retardant materials such as aramid fiber, and raw materials are dyed with raw pulp, which will not decolor after washing. It has excellent fire resistance and flame retardancy, and will not continue to ignit in case of open fire. The humanized design can effectively protect the entire head of the wearer, and it is mainly used in fire protection, steel, petroleum, chemical and other fields.
Main performance indicators:
1. Flame retardancy: longitudinal damage length ≤ 20 mm, latitudinal damage length ≤ 25 mm, afterburning time 0 s, without melting and dripping.
2. After the thermal stability test at 260 ºC, the dimensional change rate along the warp and weft direction is ≤ 5%, and the sample surface has no obvious changes such as discoloration, melting and dripping.
3. The anti-pilling grade of the fabric is 4-5, the formaldehyde content is not detected, the PH value is 7.23, the joint strength is ≥ 877N, and the change rate of face opening size is ≤ 1%.
4. The change of washing size is ≤ 2% in the straight direction and ≤ 2% in the horizontal direction.
