          Peel ply has excellent resin permeability, temperature resistance, and dimensional stability,and easy to peel from the surface of the product, mainly used for vacuum infusion and other composite moldings.
          Our consumers recognise the samples that we supply. Customers utilize it for pipe repairs. The product's breadth and roll length can be adjusted to fit your specific usage needs.

 
Peel Ply
Peel-ply is a tightly woven disposable polyester or nylon cloth, that used in a number of composites manufacturing processes including conventional wet-layup, resin infusion, vacuum bagging and some prepreg applications.
  • Temperature resistance 150~203°C
  • No release agent coating on the surface, will not pollute the product;
  • It has good mold release and obvious marking line,can prevent leakage and residue;
  • Fabric texture is formed on the surface of the product after stripping, improve the shear force of structural bonding, make easy for secondary bonding and sanding

Each roll of Peel Ply is sealed with plastic film bag and labeled with product label, the label should be marked with the following contents: product name, specifications, gram weight, etc. (Roll length and width can be made according to customer requirements).
Storage
The Peel Ply should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry and clean warehouse, stacked neatly, not to make the Peel Ply extrusion deformation or damage, not less than 2 meters away from the heat source, storage period should not exceed two years.
