UL142 Customized Duel Wall Double Bunded Fuel Tank 

In developing our range of bunded generator supply tanks we have focused on producing a tough, user- friendly product that provides excellent value for money. With a compact and stackable design, the tanks can be used in a wide variety of applications. Constructed from 6mm steel, the tanks are extremely tough and are built to withstand heavy use.
Production Standard:
1. The steel plate of fuel tank is Q235, the thickness of the tank plate is 6mm;
2. The fuel tank is made by automatic assembly and automatic welding process;
3. Executive standard: Nb / 147003. 1-2009 steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels:
4. The box weld shall not have defects such as incomplete penetration, air hole and slag inclusion:
5. After the box is manufactured, the tightness and air pressure test shall be carried out on the whole, and the welds on the inner and outer walls shall be polished to be smooth and flat without burrs;
6. One coat of anti-corrosion primer and one coat of finish paint outside the tank will be applied.
