Technical features

Hard tooth reducer, imported rope, three in one transmission. It is equipped with audible and visual overload alarm, anti hook punching self-stop secondary protector, circuit self-test protector, overcurrent missing item protection, intelligent self-stop limit and other all-round protection. The electric appliance has no contact, the module speed regulation control, and can realize micro speed and double speed, the operation and lifting inching are particularly stable, the electric control is simple and close to the frequency conversion function. The console (handle) adopts 12V voltage, 380V voltage, and the electric control can be used for "2million" times for a long time within + 5~-10%.

Selection method

Use industry by job level. No matter which level you choose, you should first choose it according to the industry, I calculate the number of starting and jogging cycles /h, and indicate the daily practical time and continuous practical time (H). When selecting or signing, specify the industry, each limit size, ambient temperature, speed, time (H), whether it is intermittent, continuous, starting, and clicking /1h. The above requirements are for your reference. Reasonable selection, design and matching can better improve work efficiency.

matters needing attention

At the operation site, when the crane stops working, the user should lock the crane in time. There is no wire above the main switch of this crane. It is strictly prohibited to lift high-temperature molten liquid, flammable, dry, corrosive, overloaded, dust and other dangerous operations. The total length of the external suspension of the gantry crane is less than 1/3 of the total span, and the external suspension limit is gn90%. The crane can run only when the weight is moved into the outrigger. The weight GN that must be operated by the crane outside the leg shall be reduced by 10~20%. When the external suspension exceeds 1/3 of the midspan, GN shall be reduced by sections. Under the above conditions, the weight can only be operated when it is close to the outrigger crane. Small span should not be operated outside the legs, and the wind pressure is less than 150pa.
