This batch of cranes adopts frequency conversion speed control and Siemens PLC control system for the whole crane, with remote monitoring RCMS and operation functions, and on this basis, it is equipped with anti-swing system and collector card anti-lifting system, which realizes spreader zeroing monitoring and spreader automatic guidance through automatic box searching and intelligent control to ensure the precise positioning of container lifting and transporting; it adopts ring trolley as the lifting mechanism, which can adapt to the complex lifting and transporting workstation. Adopting ring trolley as lifting mechanism to adapt to complex lifting stations, which effectively improves the efficiency of loading and unloading containers, and cooperating with upper and lower frame structural spreaders to realize the interchangeability of spreaders, which can satisfy the handling needs of Taicang Port for different goods.
