This machine can produce productive gloves, magician gloves, mitten, five-finger socks and other gloves.
II Main Feature of automatic glove knitting machine
2.1 Head system: Triangular parts in the head are made of high quality Cr12 steel, fine milled by CNC lathe (By fine machining of CNC machine), vacuum heat treated, (vacuum heat treatment,), having high wear-resistance and impact resistance. (used to make this part accessories has high abrasion resistance and impact resistance)
2.2 Needle plate system: After being embedded with high accuracy pin plate and subsequent processing, needle plate will coordinate with head more reasonably. The sinker part moves flexibly and so it make gloves more consistent with hand.
 
After needle plate being embedded in the high accuracy of ejector pin, and then after the follow-up processing, make it and clearance of the nose become more reasonable. Conform to the requirements of the standard, parts of sinker flexible movement, to make our products more consistent with the hand
2.3 Transmission system: Rollers and cams are high-frequency heat treated and ferric oxide coated and so their wear resistance, mechanical strength and life are improved much.
2.4 Lubricating system: Central lubricating system will lubricate every part automatically, more convenient maintenance, no need stop the machine for maintaining.
