This aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling production line is used for producing conductive aluminum rod with diameter 9.5mm, 12mm, 15 mm . Produce 9.5mm rod, 12mm rod, 15mm rod by 15 stands, 13 stands, 11stands in sequence.
After the ingots melting or electrolytic aluminum temperature increasing, the molten will be pouring to the 6 wheel type casting machine (patent no. ZL03 234289.6) through the launders. Through horizontal pouring, aluminum will be crystallized to trapezoid ingots, the oil pressure cutter will cut the waste ingots, and feed the ingots into he rolling mill, after non- butter take-up and swing rod, the rod will down to the 2 baskets and coil. 

Equipment configuration:
Aluminum melting furnace, holding furnace, six wheel casting machine, oil pressure cutter, rolling mill, non-butter leading pipe, coiler and take-up machine, gearbox lubrication system, emulsion oil cooling system, water cooling system and electrical control devices.
