DescriptionAmino Silicone Fluid
SNY-290 is a series polydimethylsiloxane with aminoethyl-aminopropyl functional groups terminated. The organic-like nature of the primary amine groups on the amodimethicone gives this silicone oil excellent fabric affinity, resulting in longer-lasting softness and feel to textiles. The modification degree lead to an optimal performance in aqueous or solvent borne formulations for home and car care applications.
Application
Lower viscosity like 100cst :
Suited for a use in polishes, wax formulations and drying aids in automatic or manual car wash and provide for perfect drying characteristics including a good hydrophobicity and excellent gloss.
Medium viscosity 800-8000 cst:
Suitable for formulation to a micro emulsion which could be applied to all types of woven or knitted fabric imparting a soft handle.
