High Speed Plastic Side Sealing Courier Bag Making Machine(DHL Bag)

Application:
This machine is suitable for heat cutting and side sealing printed or without printed plastic film (OPP, PP, PE, CPP, POF), it is a kind of ideal equipment for making Express bag, postal bag,garment bag, towel bag, bread bag and cosmetic bag, etc

Main Features :
1.Touch screen operation and PLC control
2.The machine mail speed , material pulling speed and material unwinding speed is automatic synchronization control by controller.
3.The machine is driving by servo motor, adopt photocell sensor for tracking, automatic alarming and stop when the color-mark is lost.
4.The main motor controlled by frequency inverter.
5.The unwinder adopt two photocell for web-guiding , tension controlled by magnetic powder brake, and adopt the air shaft for unwinding.
6.Taiwan hot melt glue device make the glue evenly.
7.Equipped with double patch film applying device and special copper knife for strengthening to weld the 2pcs of PE film on the surface of courier bag.
