Automatic slitting for label ,conductive fabric ,foam ,diffuser ,reflector film ,double sided adhesive tape ,Nickel plate ,PET ,PC ,PE ,insulation paper ,copper /aluminum foil ,and all kind of non adhesive material on the surface.





 

Main Features

1.Machine frame made of coated steel

2.Electronics integrated in the machine frame

3.unwinding with pneumatic compressed shaft for 3" cores

4.rewinding with pneumatic compressed shaft for 3" cores

5.Web tension adjustable via magnetic powder clutch

6.Web tension can be adjusted manually

7.Axial fan for suction of waste strip

8. The minimum slitting width is 8mm

9.unwinding is controlled by two photoelectric eyes

3.With 1pc 3'' unwinding shaft, 2pcs 3'' rewinding shafts( the size of shafts can do as your requirements).

4. With meter/number counter.

7.One magnetic brake,two magnetic clutches

8.Machine has blower fan to blow away the trimmed edge
