4)Redry the electrode at 250-350ºC for 30-60minutes prior to use.

It provides you with outstanding performance for the out-of-position welding of 310 type stainless steels, especially when ease of execution and fine weld appearance are required. The weld deposit is fully austenitic, and as such calls for minimum heat input during welding.
