1. Why there is no image shown on the screen?
A: 1. Please make sure all the wires are connected tightly.
2. For Android radio head units, please make sure that the trigger wires have been connected correctly.
3. Please make sure that the monitor supports AHD 720P 25Hz/PAL video signal.
4. You may also change the parts(video cable, power cable, camera part) to find out where goes wrong.
2. Why the screen is blurry, flickering/flash or has horizontal or vertical strip?
A: 1. Please make sure all the wires are connected tightly.
2. Please make sure the power supply is stable.
3. Please use different ground point(iron part), wrap power and video plug with electrical tape to insulate from interference.
All of our 4 pin cameras cannot be connected directly with any other monitors( no matter DVR monitor or dash monitor or whatever) without using
the power cable in the package, or it will not work properly.
Even if some dash cams or mirror dash cams also have 4-pin connection, our 4-pin cameras will not be compatible with them, because of different
PIN definition and they are using different voltage power supply.
All of our wired cameras shall be installed with monitors that have RCA connectors.
