1.  Craft prescription and conditions:

According to different textiles and their processing requirements:

Cellulase enzyme : 1--1.5% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 55--60 ° C

Bath ratio: 1: 5--1: 15

Time: 40--60 minutes

pH value: 4.5-5

2.  Inactivation of enzymes:

After finishing, the remaining enzymatic enzymes should be inactivated to avoid excessive degradation of the fibers and reduce the strength of the fabric too much. The method is to drain the finishing solution, add water and alkaline detergent, and adjust the pH> 9 at 60 ~ Wash at 80 ° C for 15 minutes, then rinse with water. If biological treatment is performed before dyeing, it only needs to be washed after the pretreatment, and the water after the biological treatment is directly dyed with reactive dyes.

Note:Enzyme is a biological protein. High temperature will make it denature and lose vitality. Please pay attention to storage temperature.
