We can supply a whole series of EPE foam deep processing machines with the latest technology and high quality. All the machines are R&D and manufactured by our own company. We own the patents. 

1) Hot Air Laminating Machine: laminate PE, EPE, XPE, IXPE, EPP, EPS foam to become different shapes of foam inserts, foam trays, foam end caps, protective foam packaging, etc.

2) Hot Air Thickening Machine: roll to roll laminating, full CNC, for EPE, XPE foam rolls / sheets.

3) Horizontal & Vertical Slitting Machine: cut PE, EPE, XLPE foam Rolls or Sheets or Planks to the desired size in a matter of seconds. (with auto feeding device).

4) Large EPE Planks / Sheets Hot Cutting Machine: cut maximum 2m long, 1.25m wide EPE foam planks or sheets into small pieces in a matter of seconds. (cut 10m³ EPE foam in 1 hour)

5) Small Hot Cutting Machine: Cut and trim a large EPE XPE foam products of multiple pieces finished to individual small products.

6) Waste Scrap Removal Machine: remove different shapes of waste scrap from die cut foam.
